The information on this form will assist the Delmar Police in identifying your bicycle in the event it is lost or stolen. If your bicycle is lost or stolen, report it immediately by calling the non-emergency number:

• To Register: Complete all of the boxes on the registration form.


• Be certain to enter the serial number and other data in the boxes provided. You must be able to furnish the serial number if your bicycle is lost or stolen.


• After completing the form, print out a copy for your own records.


• Click on the Send button.
